PDFBeing a Better Teammate – May 2012
My former university sailing team asked me to speak at a recent event, and share with them some thoughts about teamwork and team building. They know this is a subject I’ve been very close to over the past several years, so I was happy to offer my comments. In this edition of Soundwaves, I share them with you as well, because they’re concepts I believe are appropriate beyond this college sailing team. I focused on a few crucial points we can all remember to make us better teammates, no matter the situation – be it on the water, on the sports field, or in the office.
